12th Anaesthesia Forum

The idea behind this annual event is to attend an update meeting on new developments in anaesthesia, intensive care and pain management in a pleasant and healthy environment. You will have the opportunity to meet and exchange views with some of your old and new colleagues and to get fit utilizing the sporting facilities on offer in the resort. You can then return to work full of energy, ready to implement the knowledge that you acquired on the course.

The Forum
The daily programme will consist of a limited number of plenary lectures and workshops from invited speakers plus short presentations involving the delegates. Individual sessions will be grouped around common themes. The success of the meeting is dependent on the active participation of those who attend. The organisers welcome the presentation of short papers, reviews and case reports from all who attend. The meeting will take place in the resort conference facility from 8.00am to 12noon daily. Each evening there will be a plenary session from 7pm to 8pm.Early submission of presentation title is requested with an indication of whether it will be short (10 minute) or long (20 minute) dissertation. The full abstract (sent via e-mail in Word) will be required by 18th August 2008 for inclusion in the conference book.
